WHAT TYPE OF HAIR IS USED FOR THE LUXURY PRE-MADE UNITS?
Our hair is 100% Virgin hair that can be bleached and colored.
FYI: Once hair has been processed the hair is no longer virgin. Please make sure you wash your hair as needed if excessive products are used. Moisturize and condition hair regularly to avoid damage, dryness, or weak hair.

REFUNDS?
All Unit/Digital sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. If by any means a refund is given please note there will not be a refund for the cost of hair (bundles, closure) used to construct the unit, shipping or other small fees. You will only be refund for customization and styling of unit.

DO YOU OFFER WIG MAINTENANCE SERVICE?
Yes, we offer this service for ALL wigs, even if the wig was not purchased from us! This service varies includes washing, tightening tracks & restyling!
We also offer closure replacement, however you must provide your own closure the same size as your previous closure.
Please allow 5 Business days to complete wig maintenance service, if ordered at regular price of $150.
Please allow 10-15 business days to complete wig maintenance orders if ordered at a discount/ sale price.
