PROCESSING FOR ALL/SALE ORDERS:
Due to the high volume of orders , orders are completed in the way they are received. Processing time may vary due to high volume of orders. We ask that you have patience during any sales.
PROCESSING DURING PANDEMIC CVOID19:
Due to unforeseeable circumstances orders may be delayed due to limited supplies available. You will be notified at the start of your order.
COLORING DISCLAIMER:
With any coloring service, the color may vary. Please provide a picture of the color you would like us to achieve and we will try our best. Please note that there is no guarantee the color would come out exact.
VIRGIN OR RAW HAIR:
If you are aware the bundles you are providing may be thin we ask that you provide extra bundles to avoid disappointments.
SHIPPING:
Please allow 3-5 business days to ship all orders. Shipping of orders would be every Saturday! All orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours via email after orders are shipped. Shipping time frame does not include turnover timeframe.

PO Box pick up for BYOBundles would be once a week (no set day). Please note if pickup was already done for the week then pickup will be the following week. BYOBundles turnover start the date of PICKUP not the day bundles was sent.

All orders are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

If by any means a refund is given please note there will not be a refund for the cost of hair (bundles, closure) used to construct the unit, shipping or other small fees. You will only be refund for customization and styling of unit.

MANUAL PAYMENT PLAN:
Manual payment plans will be sent through invoices from our website. If the cost of a product is $400, 2 bi weekly payments of $400 would be $200. You will be ask to provide the dates you would like to pay on.
